Priestesses of the Forge- Jude Elf and CharlesThere once was a world where the balance of life was disturbed. The people had an opportunity to change this disturbance and right the balance. There was strife and unrest between the people as the land was pillaged. The great goddess Brigid called for help; for heroines to stand with her, and her bees to fly forth... There once was a time when choices needed to be made and actions needed to be taken. And there is the time when it was too late. We stand in this time of unbalance, when choices need to be made and actions need to be taken. We stand in a time when Brigid calls to her priestesses, and the bees to their allies. In this path we will explore what it is to be a heroine and priestess to the goddess. Our explorations will range form the depths of our soul to the winterly wild outside. Through song, dance, and trance we will explore our ecstatic nature and see what we can learn about restoring balance. Holding the Hearth- Jen Byers and CopperOur hearths and homes are our most intimate expressions of self; the seat of our magic and our values. We welcome our beloveds into these sacred places; we laugh, work, make love and share food together there. Living in this world, being hearth tenders in this time, how can we weave magic into our homes, meals and daily lives? How do we base that magic in awareness of sustainable patterns, food source and lineage and a desire to honor and work in harmony with the planet? How can we joyfully live our values, understanding the impact and connections of our choices? May we nurture and protect the hive, whose honey sweetness kisses our tongues and tables. May we, Freya's children, welcome Bridget and her bees to a merry hearth of sustainable beauty, balance and delight.
